Brew #10 – Leftovers Pt. 1

Leftovers was born out of the necessity to use leftover crushed speciality grains. This was before we had a mill, and needed to do the milling at time of purchase, or buy pre-crushed grains. The combination is going to be somewhere around sweet, hoppy, dark, and strong.
