Probably should try 4oz of the Cara 20 instead of 8oz, it was a bit darker than it should be. Also, the gravity ended up way higher than it should have, mostly from drying out more than expected. It should have had a final gravity of 1.017, but the FG of 1.008 added an extra 1% ABV. I would go with around 8-9 lb. of grain next time.
