Ed’s first brew up at the Bayou. He used various Mr. Beer ingredients that were on hand, and added some good hops, yeast, and speciality grains.

A Märzen style lager, bruned in June (Juni), which will still be ready for Oktoberfest!

#20 – Cascade Pale Ale (CPA)

Our third brewing of our CPA. First batch was great, the second was ruined, and we’re looking forward to finally having some more drinkable bottles of this.

However, unlike previous batches, this one should actually be called CIPA…because it is wonderfully hoppy!
