#20 – Cascade Pale Ale (CPA)

Our third brewing of our CPA. First batch was great, the second was ruined, and we’re looking forward to finally having some more drinkable bottles of this.

However, unlike previous batches, this one should actually be called CIPA…because it is wonderfully hoppy!

1 lb Belgian Wheat Malt
8 oz Caramel Malt 80L
8 oz Caramunich Malt
4 oz Caramel Malt 60L

Sugar
1 lb Sucrose

Hops (Whole Leaf)
60 min: 1 oz Cascade (6.1% AA)
30 min: 1 oz Cascade (6.1% AA)
10 min: 1 oz Cascade (6.1% AA)
14 day Dry Hop: 1 oz Cascade (6.1% AA)

Yeast
1 l starter of Denny's Favorite 50 (Wyeast Labs #1450)
